Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting & Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable using AvidXchange and RealPage
- Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and properties, resolving vendor issues
- Ensure accurate financial documentation, compliance, and assist with recurring financial tasks
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of accounting/accounts payable experience required
- Experience with AvidXchange and/or RealPage preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience in property management or nonprofit housing is a plus
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
