Accounts Payable Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter invoices into the ERP system and ensure accuracy by reviewing posting reports
- Resolve discrepancies in purchase order matching by collaborating with vendors and relevant departments
- Reconcile vendor monthly statements and prepare various types of payments to vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or professional training certification, or equivalent relevant education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable with a high volume of invoices
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with AS400 (CAPP) or another ERP system is a plus
