Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process AP transactions such as vendor invoices and corporate credit card reconciliations
  • Research vendor invoices and payment inquiries
  • Provide support for billing non-transaction items
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial software systems
