Accounts Receivable Team Leader
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AR & Collections Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full collections lifecycle, including outreach and dispute resolution
- Develop and track KPIs related to collections performance
- Lead and coach a team of AR and Collections Analysts to achieve performance targets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of improving collections performance and reducing DSO
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and AR reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly preferred
- Knowledge of credit risk analysis and customer segmentation best practices
