Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver high-quality products
- Facilitate all Scrum events and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices
- Track progress, manage scope, and support communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in product/project development on an Agile team
- First-level PM and Scrum Master certification (PMI-PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of financial controls and budget tracking in project management
