Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Analytics for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet stakeholder analytic needs through the development of insights and data products
- Develop and own the analytics roadmap based on the organization's needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data marts and track organizational performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum seven years of experience in data-driven solutions and analytics
- Minimum three years of experience leading and managing a healthcare analytics team
- Deep healthcare analytics experience, including exposure to value-based healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
