Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Analytics and Operations Director to lead data-driven marketing efforts and manage operational systems for measuring success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement real-time tracking and develop a Multi-Touch Attribution model for marketing performance evaluation
  • Create measurement plans, analyze SEO performance, and manage media campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Oversee lead management processes, improve the mar-tech stack, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations


Required Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Expertise with measurement platforms such as Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Experience with marketing data and analytics tools, including SEMRush and Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills are preferred
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
