Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annuity Field Supervision Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Financial Advisors and branch teams to assist in building a successful and compliant annuity business
• Review and approve annuity order activity, including commission adjustments in client accounts
• Coach and educate branch teams on supervisory and compliance issues related to annuity products

Required Qualifications:

• Active Series 7 license held for a minimum of one year
• Series 9, 10, 24, 63 or 66 and insurance licenses required or obtained within four months of hire
• Strong knowledge of various annuity products and industry rules and regulations
• Compliance oversight, risk management, or supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred
