Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst, where the individual will provide technical assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users via chat to solve technical problems with predefined steps
- Triage incomplete tickets and perform troubleshooting on technical issues
- Execute sub-tasks of projects within the Practice Success workstream under supervision
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
- Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
- Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders
- Associate Degree
- Demonstrate characteristics of a team player and ability to accept constructive feedback
