Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the application support team in triaging production problems and performing defect analysis
- Provide ownership of work estimates and monitor progress against them
- Coach and mentor team members on internal processes and application usage
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, preferably in SaaS and healthcare
- At least 3 years of experience with basic system administration tasks in Linux and Microsoft Windows servers
- Proficient in ServiceNow or other CRM systems
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred
