Applications Analyst

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Applications Analyst for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize the MyChart platform to increase patient satisfaction
• Drive patient engagement through the patient portal
• Participate in workflow development, system configuration, application deployment and support, change documentation, and staff training

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of small to medium-scale solutions
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills to identify problems and opportunities
• Teaching and mentoring experience
• Experience using, configuring, developing, or supporting relevant applications, tools, and platforms
