Applications Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applications Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software installation services for the SmartPay platform and ensure software applications are installed and fully functional
- Work on special projects as needed to support the business, which may involve moderately complex and diverse tasks with aggressive deadlines
- Analyze payment transaction processing
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech, or call center
- Skilled at exercising good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Embrace change to support business needs with a professional and positive attitude
- Willingness to work a schedule from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm central
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
