Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Program Manager to support NOAA's Acquisition and Grants Office remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support procurement, contract, and grants management activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle
  • Provide project management, program management, and personnel management for contracting professionals
  • Conduct policy reviews, audit assessments, and deliverable development while facilitating meetings and ensuring quality control
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in government grant management/acquisition/contracting principles
  • Minimum 10 years of project management and personnel management experience in federal procurement or grants sectors
  • Experience coordinating, directing, and supervising staff
  • Strong experience with federal acquisition and grant management processes
  • Direct experience with NOAA policies and procedures is highly desired
