Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Program Manager to support NOAA's Acquisition and Grants Office remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement, contract, and grants management activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle
- Provide project management, program management, and personnel management for contracting professionals
- Conduct policy reviews, audit assessments, and deliverable development while facilitating meetings and ensuring quality control
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in government grant management/acquisition/contracting principles
- Minimum 10 years of project management and personnel management experience in federal procurement or grants sectors
- Experience coordinating, directing, and supervising staff
- Strong experience with federal acquisition and grant management processes
- Direct experience with NOAA policies and procedures is highly desired
