Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee program performance and manage customer relationships in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain regular status reporting and program management reviews
- Manage all aspects of program performance across multiple projects and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Lead and mentor team members while driving project activities to successful outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience
- 4 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification preferred
- Agile certification preferred (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master)
- Prior government or government contracting experience preferred
