- Facilitate effective communication and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on transformation
- Proven experience managing large, complex programs and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experience in a transformation office or business consulting is highly desirable
- PMP or similar project management certifications preferred but not required
