Key Responsibilities

• Manage high priority performance initiatives for oncology and cardiology, including design, execution, and post-go-live tracking
• Engage with cross-department leaders and stakeholders to execute initiatives across clients and markets
• Maintain a catalog of performance initiatives and use data to evaluate their success and refine approaches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of healthcare management and/or consulting experience
• Strong project management skills with a history of effective initiative management
• Demonstrated superior performance in educational and professional settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Preferred experience in managed care, oncology, cardiology, and/or provider engagement
