Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire proficiency in data and analytic tools to enhance capabilities and create new solutions
- Lead complex project execution across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Develop AI/ML solutions to improve operational performance and customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field with 4+ years of analytics/data science experience, or 6+ years without a degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience leveraging data/analytics to drive strategy
- Hands-on experience in SQL/SAS/Python or similar programming languages
- Proven success in leading complex projects to execution
- High proficiency in applying NLP and AI/ML techniques for data analysis
