Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop high-performing technical delivery teams while managing operational aspects of Professional Services
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for Contact Center services, collaborating with sales leadership for global expansion
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in running a Professional Services practice or team
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing P&L and building high-performing teams
  • Expertise in developing long-term product strategies, particularly for Contact Center services
  • Strong operational management skills, including experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA)
  • In-depth knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS technologies and project management experience in Contact Center projects
