Job Summary

A company is looking for a Toyota Connected Back Office Process Coordinator to assist in daily operations and ensure high service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain understanding of client's business and program requirements, and present results during client updates
  • Prepare weekly program schedules and manage PRO onboarding, offboarding, and tracking
  • Monitor performance data to ensure quality guidelines are met and provide support for escalated cases

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • High level of independent judgment and initiative
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
