Job Summary
A company is looking for a Toyota Connected Back Office Process Coordinator to assist in daily operations and ensure high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of client's business and program requirements, and present results during client updates
- Prepare weekly program schedules and manage PRO onboarding, offboarding, and tracking
- Monitor performance data to ensure quality guidelines are met and provide support for escalated cases
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
- High level of independent judgment and initiative
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
