Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Consulting Analyst who will support consultants in delivering client strategy, service, and retention tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create client deliverables such as open enrollment presentations and benefit guides
- Assist with new client onboarding tasks and process enrollment transactions
- Conduct audits of client data and coordinate reporting with carriers and vendors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare industry
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Life & Health Producer's License (nice to have)
- Certification in data analysis or MS Excel (nice to have)
