Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Call Center Senior Representative (Spanish/English) 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails, providing assistance on billing inquiries
- Research and resolve customer issues while promoting positive relations
- Document events and resolutions, and suggest improvements to procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to work in a remote environment with specific technology requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems
