Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Call Center Senior Representative (Spanish/English) 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls and emails, providing assistance on billing inquiries
  • Research and resolve customer issues while promoting positive relations
  • Document events and resolutions, and suggest improvements to procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with specific technology requirements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems
