Bilingual Call Center Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Relationship Coordinator).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs while adhering to service level standards
- Create and follow up on Long-Term Care leads and personal care service requests in Salesforce
- Schedule appointments for various services and document all interactions in the appropriate databases
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English and an additional language
- Experience in member or customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of working in a remote environment
