Bilingual Call Center RN
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide education on the product and self-administration techniques according to established call scripts
- Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to patients for support and education
- Document all calls and activities within the program database
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of residence
- Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) education required; BSN preferred
- 2 years of nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience
- Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word products is a plus
