Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize technology tools such as G-Suite, Slack, and Salesforce to manage customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
- Conversational proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Technological fluency, especially with Google Sheets
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 7 days a week
