Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
  • Conversational proficiency in both Spanish and English
  • Technological fluency, especially with Google Sheets
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 7 days a week
