Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Supervisor - Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign day-to-day work items and monitor employee performance for compliance
- Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports while ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Research and respond to escalated provider inquiries and produce weekly/monthly reports
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Bilingual proficiency in specified languages is required
- Experience performing quality checks on translated Spanish documents
- Bilingual call center experience and experience supporting the EAOS program required
