Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist customers with service requests and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer service requests, scheduling appointments, and verifying materials
- Prepare schedules for service personnel and coordinate with supervisors to address scheduling issues
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved and communicate recurring issues to relevant departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience and/or training
- Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish)
- Ability to learn about products related to installation
- Must be organized and capable of multitasking
- Intermediate math skills for calculations related to service tasks
