Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist customers with service requests and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review customer service requests, scheduling appointments, and verifying materials
  • Prepare schedules for service personnel and coordinate with supervisors to address scheduling issues
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved and communicate recurring issues to relevant departments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience and/or training
  • Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to learn about products related to installation
  • Must be organized and capable of multitasking
  • Intermediate math skills for calculations related to service tasks
