Billing Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Billing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational execution of all Billing owned strategies
- Take ownership for managing all aspects of the Billing execution while identifying ways to mechanize repeatable processes or utilize external partners
- Work directly with Member Services to develop repeatable processes and to understand where execution holes exist
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of P&C industry experience (personal lines preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with pricing, contract, and underwriting regulatory requirements for personal lines
- Experience and expertise in the regulatory standards around processing policies including billing, cancellation, reinstatement, and notification requirements
