Billing Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor billing processes to ensure performance and accuracy meet defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborate with teams to improve error and anomaly detection and mitigation in billing processes
- Create data-driven product requests and provide updates on billing services to stakeholders and the leadership team
Required Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience in billing, invoicing, and financial software systems
- Experience with payment processing systems, tax determination and reporting systems, and general accounting systems and principles
- Experience writing basic SQL query statements and using data tools to drive decisions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Software Development and project management tools in a technical software development environment
- In-depth understanding of billing systems and processes, with a focus on identifying potential issues and improving existing processes
