Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing & Technical Customer Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls from customers, actively listen to understand their needs, and provide assistance
- Navigate through multiple systems to manage a high volume of customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive experiences for customers
Required Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience
- High speed broadband internet access with specific speeds
- Strong computer knowledge, including typing at least 30 wpm
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
