Biostatistical Programming Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistical Programming Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and quality of projects managed by Functional Service Providers (FSPs) according to the Global Statistical Programming Quality Oversight Plan
• Align FSP assignments with organizational development priorities and ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards
• Provide technical consultancy and guidance to FSP staff, including training and performance metrics development

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of statistical programming experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
• 6+ years of statistical programming experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience with regulatory submissions and vendor/resource management
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial processes and programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python
