Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II or Sr. to perform systems analysis and support for company applications in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to validate business needs and objectives
- Act as a liaison between internal staff, IT teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Coordinate project activities including testing, training, and user support for company applications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years (BSA II) or 4-6 years (BSA Sr.) of programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience
- Configuration experience with Enterprise applications
- Advanced SQL experience
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
