Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement business systems solutions to optimize operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop documentation, including process flows and policies
- Facilitate training sessions and act as a liaison between IT and operational teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Engineer role preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL principles, processes, and practices
- Design and development skills using ITIL tooling, Jira, Confluence, and related platforms
- Technical training and/or certifications are preferred
