Job Summary

A company is looking for a Binding Operations Coordinator responsible for the binding process of insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the binding of insurance policies, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate between underwriters and brokers, responding to inquiries and providing revised quotes as needed
  • Maintain organized records of all binding transactions and prepare reports on policy binding metrics and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Binding Underwriting
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Business Operations, or Sales
  • Licensure: Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
  • Preferred: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
