Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Client Payroll Operations Analyst in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll functions including timecard maintenance, compliance, and manual paychecks
• Ensure accurate payroll processing through existing audit controls and best practices
• Review payroll inputs and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a payroll role focused on customer service
• Canada Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification required
• Experience with payroll processing systems, preferably large-scale ERP
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PayrollOrg Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designations preferred
