Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll HRIS Analyst to support clients with Workday Payroll implementation, configuration, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support Workday Payroll implementations, configurations, and optimizations
- Ensure payroll processing aligns with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to enhance payroll operations and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Workday Payroll implementation or support experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance in the U.S and Canada
- Experience with Workday Payroll integrations
- Understanding of payroll accounting and reporting
