Job Summary
A company is looking for a Candidate Experience Journey Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to design a candidate journey map, encompassing all touch-points from attraction to onboarding
- Evaluate end-to-end applicant experience, identifying barriers and proposed solutions that deliver a better candidate experience
- Use technology and analytics tools to gather data-driven insights on candidate behavior, engagement, and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of talent attraction experience working for an internal talent acquisition team and 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in using technology, data analytics, and HR systems to guide improvements
- Project management skills
