Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company in the government industry is looking for a Capture Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage capture efforts to win strategic contracts between $5M and $50M
• Conduct competitive analysis and align marketing intelligence with win strategy
• Supervise and collaborate with the Proposal Manager, communicate bid strategies, and keep proposal team motivated and enthusiastic

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of successful capture management experience in the federal sector
• Superb project management, time management, interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills
• In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations and proposal development process
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
• At least 4 years of successful capture management experience in Federal sector
