Job Summary

A financial company is looking for a Case Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage personal caseload to resolve errors/omissions within departmental guidelines
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, faxes, and emails to/from Financial Professionals
  • Professionally manage incoming inquiries from agents, brokers and internal sources concerning financial and insurance products
Qualifications
  • College degree
  • Call Center experience
  • Collaborative/Resourceful/Self-Starter
