Position Responsibilities

Manage personal caseload to resolve errors/omissions within departmental guidelines
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, faxes, and emails to/from Financial Professionals
Professionally manage incoming inquiries from agents, brokers and internal sources concerning financial and insurance products
