Job Summary
A financial company is looking for a Case Coordinator.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage personal caseload to resolve errors/omissions within departmental guidelines
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, faxes, and emails to/from Financial Professionals
- Professionally manage incoming inquiries from agents, brokers and internal sources concerning financial and insurance products
Qualifications
- College degree
- Call Center experience
- Collaborative/Resourceful/Self-Starter
- Strong interpersonal skills
