A company is looking for a Provider or Coder Education Supervisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver comprehensive Fee-For-Service coding and billing training materials
- Conduct coding and billing training for providers, coders, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify coding and billing needs and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Certified in professional coding (CPC or CCS) or comparable certification
- 5+ years of direct experience in Fee-For-Service medical coding and documentation
- 5+ years of instructional experience in training providers and auditing
- Experience in supervision and management of team members
