Charge Integrity Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Charge Integrity Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the hospital and professional charge master and fee schedules in compliance with regulations
- Monitor and resolve charging issues while collaborating with various departments to optimize charge capture workflows
- Assist in the design, build, and testing of new systems and tools related to charge capture and revenue routing
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with facility reimbursement and charge master compliance
- Experience as a Certified Coder, Charge Master Administrator, or similar role
- Extensive experience with Electronic Health Record systems and MS Office tools, particularly advanced Excel
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a focus on customer service
