CIBMTR Engagement Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to coordinate and manage all aspects of registry projects, define abstracting procedures, provide training and supervision, and ensure high quality abstraction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all abstracting and registry operations for assigned specialty area(s)
- Ensure successful setup and implementation of new projects
- Monitor validation compliance and completion for each project and staff member
Required Qualifications:
- At least five years of CIBMTR Data Manager experience
- Previous experience performing validation reviews or other work relating to Quality Control/Validation
- Proficient in Google apps, industry related clinical registry data abstraction specifications manuals, data abstraction software systems, and electronic medical record applications
- Previous experience with CIBMTR/FACT audits (preferred)
- Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field (preferred)
