Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation related to healthcare claims processing
  • Analyze current claims processing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and improve process efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in claims operations and technical writing
  • 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience
  • 3+ years of experience with benefit and contract interpretation or coding
  • 3+ years of experience managing claims across multiple product types
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and improving processes and workflows
