Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation related to healthcare claims processing
- Analyze current claims processing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and improve process efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in claims operations and technical writing
- 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience with benefit and contract interpretation or coding
- 3+ years of experience managing claims across multiple product types
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and improving processes and workflows
