Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Documentation Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering teams and act as a customer advocate
- Design, create, and edit content according to company standards
- Review materials created by other Documentation Developers and identify opportunities for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn Markdown, XML, HTML, and other programming languages
- Interest in technical writing and the content creation process
- Organized with a structural mindset
- Availability to work 8 hours a day; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
