Client Implementation Analyst II
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II (EDI) remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client requests for accessing and customizing products using EDI and Web Services
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation
- Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues and improve service delivery for clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical production or applications support role
- Strong understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing, EDI, and HIPAA protocols
- Ability to create SQL queries for analyzing EDI data within an Oracle database
- Experience with tools such as MS Office, Service Now, and JIRA
