Job Summary

A company in the Health Information Management industry is seeking a Client Relationship Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Direct all retention activities associated with a national strategic behavioral health partner/reseller
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the partner's organization to ensure full alignment
  • Deliver strategic account reviews and track annual performance management based on predefined business goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or partner management in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of successfully retaining clients and increasing revenue through strategic planning and exceptional communication skills
  • Adept at building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and managing complex projects
  • Knowledge of state government behavioral health solutions and experience in the behavioral health space, including state 988 crisis solutions or similar initiatives, is preferred
