Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional client delivery team and manage project timelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their goals and resolve delivery challenges
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, presenting key results and facilitating meetings
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA degree; MBA, MS, or relevant experience preferred
- 4+ years of professional experience in technology consulting or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong project management experience in a fast-paced consulting or technology-related setting
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and work in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience building senior-level client relationships
