Clinical Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinic Team Manager to streamline clinical processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support telehealth Nurses and Advance Practice Clinicians to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and clinical workflows
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and other departments to address operational challenges and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical experience as an RN, NP, PA-C, CNM, or in a related healthcare leadership role
- 2+ years of experience managing clinical teams, preferably in telehealth or reproductive healthcare
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team performance
- Experience in optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance
