Coding Quality Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Coding Education and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coding quality and education teams, ensuring compliance with coding standards
- Develop and provide ongoing education and resources for internal coders and providers
- Track and analyze coding audit outcomes to identify educational needs and mitigate denials
Required Qualifications
- Certifications: CCS, CPCH, RHIT, or RHIA required
- Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health, Education, or Health Information Management
- Minimum of 5 years of coding experience
- At least 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, and team leadership
- Working knowledge of billing and EMS systems
