Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor - Cash Posting and Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily revenue cycle functions including claims processing, denials, and payment posting
• Monitors workflow to ensure timely processing and collaborates with leadership on staffing needs
• Develops and implements training programs for staff and resolves billing and insurance issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Three (3) years of experience in medical billing/patient accounts is required
• Associate's degree in business process or healthcare administration is preferred
• Five (5) years of experience in medical billing/patient accounts, including one (1) year in a supervisory role is preferred
