Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Finance Servicing Working Capital Asset Based Lending Operations Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
- Resolve escalated business partner and customer issues
- Review processes, identify efficiencies, and maintain updated procedures and training material
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial finance with Asset Based Lending, Leasing, Term Loan, or Factoring
- Experience with servicing software such as Factorsoft, Stucky, or Odessa
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent experience
- Conceptual knowledge in Commercial Finance, Working Capital, Structured Finance, and Equipment Finance
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
